Through many years as an IT consultant has gained extensive experience in developing secure e-commerce and financial software, interfacing with financial data and transaction services such as Bridge and SWIFT, and developing web-based database applications in object-oriented state-persistent environments.

He is an experienced Oracle programmer and administrator, and has expertise in administration of quality management systems.
